All items in stock are usually shipped within 1-2 working days, and at the latest within 4 working days after payment is received.

Delivery Times

Delivery usually takes between 2 and 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier’s logistics and local conditions.

• Austria: 1–3 working days

• Germany: 3–7 working days

• Other EU countries: 4–10 working days (depending on location)

• Outside the EU: delivery times vary depending on customs processing

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this link to follow the delivery status directly with the courier service.

• Free shipping for orders over €90

Germany 🇩🇪

• €9.95 incl. VAT for orders up to €100

• €5.00 incl. VAT for orders between €100 and €150

• Free shipping for orders over €150

Shipping costs for other destinations are automatically calculated at checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These are charged directly by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship them together once all items are available, unless otherwise arranged.
