Returns and Exchanges
We hope you and your child love your Babbily pieces!
If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

All original labels and packaging intact

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that returns which do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card or other payment method).
The timing of the refund depends on your card issuer’s processing times.
If a multi-buy discount was applied at the time of purchase and some of the items from that offer are returned, the discount will no longer apply.
For refund purposes, the kept items will be charged at full price, and only the remaining difference will be refunded.
👉 If your order value falls below the free-shipping threshold due to a partial return, the original shipping fee will be charged retrospectively and deducted from the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, except in the following cases:

Free returns for orders over €90 in Austria (AT)

Free returns for orders over €150 in Germany (DE)

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we cover all exchange shipping costs for your first order over €90 (AT) or €150 (DE).
In all other cases, please return the item according to the above conditions and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
