Refund policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal: 14 days

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of

  • the goods;
  • for several goods from one order delivered separately: the last item;
  • for goods delivered in several shipments or pieces: the last shipment or piece.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or by letter sent by post:

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirming receipt, including the content of your withdrawal and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Effects of statutory withdrawal

If you withdraw from your entire order, we will refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs you paid.

We will make the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this refund.

Returning the goods

You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If an item is faulty, damaged or was delivered incorrectly, please contact us before sending it back. For justified complaints, we cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Loss of value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

2. Voluntary return policy: up to 30 days

After the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired, you can use our voluntary return policy.

The goods must be sent back no later than 30 days after receipt. The date of dispatch is decisive.

The following applies to voluntary returns:

  • Items must be unwashed, undamaged and not worn beyond trying on.
  • The original labels must still be attached.
  • You bear the cost of return shipping.
  • We refund the purchase price of the returned items.
  • The original delivery costs are not refunded.

Returns sent after this date can no longer be accepted under the voluntary return policy.

This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal or your statutory warranty rights.

3. Refund of shipping costs

If you withdraw from your entire order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, we refund the purchase price and the standard shipping costs you paid.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day return policy, we refund the purchase price of the returned items. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

4. Partial returns and multi-buy discounts

For partial returns, we recalculate the shipping costs based on the value of the items you keep, according to our shipping rates.

If a discount was linked to a certain quantity or order value and this condition is no longer met after the partial return, the discount no longer applies. The items you keep are recalculated at the regular price, and the difference is taken into account in the refund.

5. Free shipping thresholds

  • Austria: free delivery from €90
  • Germany: free delivery from €175

The free shipping threshold applies only to orders of full-price items. It cannot be combined with quantity or bundle discounts, discount codes, reduced items or other price reductions.

The value of the qualifying items you actually keep is decisive for the free shipping threshold. If this value falls below the threshold because of a partial return, the regular shipping costs that applied at the time of the order are deducted from the refund.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs.

This does not apply to regular pre-ordered items or items in a standard size.

7. Order number

Where possible, please include your order number with the return so that we can match it clearly.

Providing an order number or proof of purchase is not a condition for validly exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible. Please return the item according to the return conditions above and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
