These off-road treggings are perfect for every day play – be it at home, at a nursery or at a playground. Abrasion-resistant knees, adjustable length and waist and a wide step make these leggings perfect for any adventure.
Soft organic cotton is very comfortable and gentle on the skin. Thanks to the knee reinforcements – using fabric developed specially for active sport – our off-road treggings are hard-wearing yet very flexible. Knee patches provide a bit of water protection for playing on a wet ground.
The treggings are fitting not too tightly and are cut to provide more space for movement (hence treggings, a mix of trouser and leggings fit). They are good for both small girls and boys. Gusset allows for an extra wide step for all those step and tree climbers.
This winning combination of comfort and durability makes these leggings perfect for every day wear.

Our Babbily leggings are designed to last between 6 months and 2 years (or longer if passed down), depending on how often your child wears them and how active they are.
On average they can be worn for a year. Provided the size is correct and the knee patches fully cover the knees.
This is significantly longer than traditional trousers, which often wear out at the knees after a few months or even weeks.
What can you expect?
Our aim is to combine comfort with durability. We use high quality materials that are child-friendly and suitable for active use – soft organic cotton for comfort and durable fabrics from sports and motorsport for added strength.
Durable knee reinforcement:
The knee reinforcement can withstand 100,000 rub cycles on the Martindale scale. This means the fabric is industrially tough and can withstand falls and extended play on the ground.
Comfortable and skin friendly:
Our leggings are not designed to be ‘tough work trousers’ (which are often made from stiff fabrics), but comfortable and durable everyday wear. The main fabric, organic cotton jersey, is particularly comfortable, skin-friendly and breathable – ideal for daily use in school and nursery.
Durability:
The organic cotton jersey is durable, but may show signs of wear at the seams after very long use. In comparison, conventional leggings tend to tear at the knees much earlier.

These leggings are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey sourced in Germany. Abrasion resistant knee fabric sourced in Austria.

- Abrasion resistant knee fabric (withstands 100.000 cycles on Martindale rub test) – 73% PA, 14% PES, 13% EL
- Corozo buttons (natural degradable material)
We recommend gentle wash at 30°C and tumble dry at a low temperature. Treggings will look and feel slightly bigger when new, but will shrink to the intended size after a few washes.
You can adjust fit of this trousers at the waist. You can also easily adjust length of the trousers.

- Size 78+: Will fit from size 78 to size 98 (approx. 9 month to 2 years)
- Size 92+: Will fit from size 92 to size 110 (approx. 2 years to 4/5 years)
- Size 104+: Will fit from size 104 to size 116 (approx. from 3 years to 6/7 years)
- Size 116+: Will fit from size 116 to size 128 (approx. from 6 years to 8 years)
