Delivery and returns

1 – 4 working days
AT: 1 – 3 working days from dispatch; DE: 3 – 7 working days from dispatch
RETURNS || AT: free returns on orders over €90,- ; DE: free returns on orders over €150,-

EXCHANGES || We will cover all exchange costs on your first order for purchases over €90,- in AT and over €150,- in DE. If you would like to exchange an item, we will send the new item to you free of charge once we have received the returned item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.  If the product is faulty or damaged, we will of course cover all costs for the exchange.

Delivery

  1. We strive to provide the quickest service possible. Available goods in stock will be sent within 24 hours, or within 4 working days at the latest.
  2. Delivery of ordered items follows within 2 to 7 working days, depending on delivery address, but within 15 days at the latest. Standard delivery in Austria 1-3 working days, in Germany 3-7 working days.
  3. Customers will be notified of any delays per email.
  4. Delivery in Austria is €3,95 incl. VAT, or free of charge on orders over €75,-
  5. Delivery to Germany is € 9,95 incl. VAT on orders up to €75,-; or €5,- incl. VAT on orders over €75,- or free of charge on orders from €150,-.
  6. Delivery to other countries is calculated at the checkout. For countries outside of the EU customs and duty fees may apply, which will be calculated and charged by the customs authorities

Returns and exchanges

  1. Customers have a right to return ordered goods within 30 calendar days from delivery of order.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition as received. Items must have original labels attached.
  3. Items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. After return approval, refund will be initiated to customer’s credit card or original method of payment within a period stated on your card issuer’s policy.
  5. If a multi-buy discount was applied at the time of purchase and some of the products in that deal were returned for a refund, the multi-buy discount will not apply. For refund purposes, the products not returned will be charged at full price and the difference between the purchase price and the full product price will be refunded.
  6. Customer as a matter of rule is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item. Faulty items will be accepted for returns free of charge.
