Ja. Die Kniebesätze der Babbily Hosen sind speziell dafür entwickelt, deutlich länger zu halten als gewöhnliche Kinderhosen.
Während viele herkömmliche Stoffe bereits nach etwa 5.000 Reibungszyklen Verschleiß zeigen, hält der Kniebesatz unserer Hosen im Martindale-Test rund 100.000 Zyklen aus. Das ist ein Vielfaches der Belastung, die im normalen Spielalltag entsteht.
Wichtig zu wissen:
Es gibt Extremsituationen mit sehr hoher Reibungshitze – zum Beispiel, wenn Kinder nach einem Sprint zu einem schwungvollen Knierutscher ansetzen (wie beim Torjubel der Fußballprofis) oder einen schnellen Sturz auf den Knien abfangen. Besonders auf stumpfen Antirutsch-Hallenböden kann dabei punktuell so viel Energie entstehen, dass selbst sehr robuste Materialien an ihre Grenzen kommen.
Für alles, was Kinder sonst tun – klettern, krabbeln, rutschen, toben – sind die verstärkten Knie gemacht.

To make the most of your Babbily gear:
- Buy the current size: No need to "size up." We’ve already built the extra room into the design so the reinforced knees sit exactly where they should from day one.
- Gentle Care: Washing at 30°C inside out protects the organic fibers and extends the life of the garment.
- Give it a rest: Alternating with other trousers allows the natural fibers to recover and stay strong for even more adventures.
FIT + SIZING
Babbily is designed to grow with your child. To find the right fit, simply use your child’s actual height as a guide. Since sizing varies significantly between brands, we recommend sticking to their actual measurements for the best
fit.

build. But here’s how to choose based on your child’s build.
- For Slimmer Builds: We recommend choosing the smaller size. This ensures the trousers fit perfectly from day one without any bunching or excess fabric.
- For Average to Sturdier Builds: Go for the next size up. Thanks to our adjustable comfort waistband, the trousers will still sit securely while offering plenty of room for active play.

Lined warm trousers for toddlers – soft and durable
The outer layer of these organic warm trousers for toddlers is ribbed cotton velour. It is naturally super-soft and fluffy! We used extra soft 100% organic cotton jersey to line the trousers. Two layers of fabric provide plenty of warmth for playing outside on colder days.
Organic fabric we use for this pull-on trousers is breathable, meaning they are perfect for indoors too. Your child won´t be too hot indoors while wearing Babbily velour trousers.
Children love textures and colours. That’s why these pull-on organic warm trousers hit a sweet spot – they are so pleasant to the touch inside and out and so bright – your little explorere will ask to wear them again and again.
Warm and comfortable lined trousers
Toddlers who don’t like wearing lots of layers will love these organic warm winter trousers. They don’t need to worry about putting on tights, thermals etc. Your little explorer only needs to put on one pair, and be ready for a walk. Equally, these pull-on winter sweatpants are so soft and comfortable – they can be easily worn under waterproof dungarees or with tights underneath.
Like all Babbily trousers, our new winter edition grows along for several sizes. The length of the trousers can be easily adjusted with turn ups in rib fabric. The high waistband also leaves plenty of room for growth.
These organic warm trousers for toddlers are cut in a sporty pull-on style for independent dressing and lots of play and movement. Soft and stretchy fabric ads extra comfort so that children can play all day long. Of course, for the little once who wear nappies, trousers in sizes 80+ and 92+ are cut generously with an extra nappy allowance.
Knees are reinforced with hi-tech sport fabric, which has an abrasion resistant texture and is very durable, and also protects against wet surfaces and sand.
