Babbily is designed to grow with your child. To find the right fit, simply use your child’s actual height as a guide. Since sizing varies significantly between brands, we recommend sticking to their actual measurements for the best fit.

- 80–90 cm → Size 80+
- 90–102 cm → Size 92+
- 102–114 cm → Size 104+
- 114–126 cm → Size 116+
- 126–138 cm → Size 128+
- 138–150 cm → Size 140+
Deciding Between Sizes?
Our grow-with-me cut is designed to be versatile, but here’s how to choose based on your child’s build:
- For Slimmer Builds: We recommend choosing the smaller size. This ensures the trousers fit perfectly from day one without any bunching or excess fabric.
- For Average to Sturdier Builds: Go for the next size up. Thanks to our adjustable comfort waistband, the trousers will still sit securely while offering plenty of room for active play.

Babbily: Clothing Made to Last — for Children and for the Planet
Children grow fast. Their clothes often don’t keep up — especially at the knees. Many parents know the cycle: a new pair of trousers lasts only a short time before it needs replacing.
Babbily was created as an alternative to fast fashion. Our focus is simple: make children’s trousers that can be worn longer, passed on, and enjoyed through everyday play.
Why durability matters
The most sustainable garment is usually the one
that doesn’t need to be replaced. Because Babbily trousers grow with the child and are reinforced where wear happens most, one pair can often replace several conventional pairs.
Based on average production data, choosing one
pair of Babbily play trousers instead of multiple short-lived alternatives can help reduce environmental impact:
- Around 3,000 litres of water saved — roughly the amount used for 20 household baths
- About 6 kWh of energy conserved -comparable to charging a smartphone hundreds of times
- Approximately 4.5 kg of CO₂ avoided - emissions linked to producing additional garments
