Super soft, but durable! Lined winter trousers with reinforced knees
The outer layer of these lined winter trousers for children is made from organic ribbed cotton velour – super-soft and fluffy! We used extra soft 100% organic cotton jersey to line these trousers. Two layers of fabric provide plenty of warmth for playing outside on colder days.
Our easy pull-on trousers are breathable thanks to the natural fabrics we use, meaning they are perfect for indoors too. Children love textures, and these comfortable velour trousers are so pleasant to the touch inside and out, your child will ask to wear them again and again.
Warm and comfortable
Children who don’t like wearing lots of layers will love these lined warm winter trousers. They don’t need to worry about putting on tights, thermals etc – just put on one pair, and be ready for a walk. Equally, these pull-on winter sweatpants are so soft and comfortable – they can be easily worn under waterproof dungarees or with tights underneath.
Like all Babbily trousers, our new winter edition grows along for several sizes. The length of the trousers can be easily adjusted with turn ups in rib fabric. The high waistband also leaves plenty of room for growth.
The trousers are cut in a sporty pull-on style for independent dressing and lots of play and movement. Soft and stretchy fabric ads extra comfort so that children can play all day long. Of course, for the little once who wear nappies, trousers in sizes 80+ and 92+ are cut generously with an extra nappy allowance.
Knees are reinforced with hi-tech sport fabric, which has an abrasion resistant texture and is very durable, and also protects against wet surfaces and sand.
These trousers are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton fabric made and sourced in Germany. Abrasion resistant knee fabric sourced in Austria.
Composition:
- 90% organic cotton, 10% recycled polyester (GOTS-certified)
- Lining -100% organic cotton (GOTS-certified)
- Abrasion resistant knee fabric (withstands 100.000 cycles on Martindale rub test) – 73% PA, 14% PES, 13% EL
We recommend gentle wash at 30°C and tumble dry at a low temperature.
You can easily adjust length of the trousers by turning them up. Knee patch covers a large area around the knee to stay in the right place.

- Size 80+: Will fit from size 78 to size 92 (approx. 9 month to 2 years)
- Size 92+: Will fit from size 92 to size 104 (approx. 2 years to 4 years)
- Size 104+: Will fit from size 100 to size 116 (approx. from 3,5 years to 6 years)
- Size 116+: Will fit from size 110 to size 128 (approx. from 5 years to 7 years)
- Size 128+: Will fit from size 122 to size 140 (approx. from 7 years to 10 years)

We design our garments in Vienna. We source fabrics from independent manufacturers in Europe (France and Germany, to be precise). Our trims also come from European suppliers.
As an independent brand we don’t have an infinite amount of internal resources, so we find partners who as passionate about what they do as we are about what we do. Our clothing manufacturers are based in Austria, Slovakia and Poland. High-quality production is not just the result of their passion and experience – it is a guarantee of their future.
